About Keyfax:

I set up Keyfax as a brand in the late 1990s producing written notes on various business topics for people to insert into their Filofax / personal organisers. On discovering how useful Mind Maps could be to summarise such information, I then produced similar content but in Mind Map form.

As a Learning & Development and Management trainer and author, I have also invented and produced the other items you can find on this website.

Licenses:

Please note that all products are licensed for a single user only and cannot be sold, duplicated, copied or distributed to other parties without express permission unless otherwise specified. The single user license does however allow items to be copied to any and all devices owned by the user. Purchasing any items at checkout will indicate agreement to these terms.

PDF files can be downloaded and viewed on all devices with a PDF viewer.

Refunds:

As these products are electronic in nature, refunds will usually be made only in the case of duplicate purchases. However, if you would like to make a refund request for any other reason, please use the Contact page to let me know the situation and I will be happy to consider it.
