Use this to direct people to think in particular ways in a structured sequence to achieve results. Here’s an example:
Blue Cap – Directs the proceedings
White Cap – To describe a current situation and/or the purpose of the meeting and the problem to be solved
Green Cap – Ideas for possible solutions to the problem
Yellow Cap – What the positives are for each possible solution
Grey Cap – What the dangers are for each possible solution
Red Cap – How people feel about the possible solutions and/or the running of the meeting
Blue Cap – To wrap up the meeting and identify next steps
