It is a way of enabling anyone with a receptive mind to see their personal situation reflected in the images that the oracle provides.   The oracle enables those who look, to see their circumstances in a new light. It provides a truly moral way of going forward, neither too strongly, nor too weakly but in harmony and balance with the time and the situation.  

The oracle itself has no power. The power comes from the psyche of the reader who can intuitively understand the meaning within the words.
